"Just wanted to say how much the children at our school have enjoyed their Friday Time To Relax sessions."

"The children have gained from developing their deep breathing techniques and awareness of mindfulness. We are incorporating this into daily lessons too, to focus the children after those livelier moments, to get them ready to learn."
